Hello and welcome to one of our shoutouts for projects casting around the UK. As always, there’s a mix of opportunities for all ages, abilities, and locations, but do remember to check if you fit the bill before applying. Marvel Universe Live
Martial artists, buff blokes, female gymnasts and aerialists – will you answer the call? Marvel Universe Live needs male and female action performers with a variety of movement and performance skills to join a live area touring team with competitive salaries.
The team are casting a variety of performers to play famed Marvel superheroes and villains, with ideal candidates having stage combat experience and training in one or more of the following disciplines: harness flying, martial arts, parkour, gymnastics and motorcycle riding. Stunt training and experience with high falls, fire tools, and rappelling is a huge plus, as are performers with firearms training.
Contract lengths vary but the tour offers competitive pay and benefits as well as domestic and international travel and accommodation.
Male and female performers of all ethnicities are needed, with various playing ages between 18–45.
Please note: performers need to be athletic in appearance and able to successfully represent Marvel characters as depicted in print and film.
Marvel Universe Live rehearses in August and September of 2019, opening in Nottingham ahead of a European tour in mid-September.
