“THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA”
Join the cast of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s long-running musical “The Phantom of the Opera” in an ensemble role. A male dancer, aged 18–40, is wanted to understudy the Slavemaster. Talent must have strong classical technique and be a minimum height of 5’10”. There will be an open casting call on May 15 in Greater London. “WORLDS APART TOGETHER”
The upcoming theater-in-education tour of “Worlds Apart Together,” a play that tells the story of a displaced Caribbean soldier lodging with an English family as the war ends in 1918, is now casting two major roles. Two male actor-teachers, aged 18–30, with African Carribean heritage, are sought for the roles. One of the two actors will need to be able to believably play a character under 18 years old. Casting is underway for “Land of Shadows,” a short psychological drama about a radio host whose show is the only broadcast left in existence. A male actor, aged 24–33, is sought to play the lead role of Jordan Banks, a radio DJ host who receives an unexpected birthday gift. Rehearsals are planned for mid-May, with filming on May 26 and 27 in London. Pay is £45–£60 per day, with travel and food expenses covered. Apply here!
