“MATILDA THE MUSICAL”
Young actors, ages 8–13, are needed for an upcoming touring production of the Olivier Award–winning “Matilda the Musical.” Seeking nonunion talent for multiple roles including the titular troublemaker, for the production running December–September 2018, throughout Ireland and the U.K.
“AWAKENING”
Talent is needed for four supporting roles in “Awakening,” a feature film billed as “a story with a different angle of the Four Horsemen of the apocalypse.” The piece will shoot at to-be-determined dates in Dublin, Ireland, and will provide some pay.
“SCROOGE”
Male and female talent ages 8–21 is needed for “Scrooge,” a nonunion musical that will be a “magical new version” of the classic “A Christmas Carol.” A performance run is slated for Nov. 18–Jan. 14, 2018 at Curve Theatre in Leicester, U.K. Professional pay will be provided.
ZEST THEATRE IMMERSIVE MUSIC FESTIVAL
Female actor-dancers ages 21–25 are sought for Zest Theatre Immersive Music Festival, “a unique and immersive experience that immediately evokes feelings of intrigue and curiosity.” A run is set for Aug. 21–28 in Lost Village, U.K., with by-appointment auditions slated for June 15 in East Midlands, England. Pay will be £458 for the festival week in addition to accommodation, travel, and food vouchers.
