Before John Travolta was singing “Greased Lightning,” he was singing the Band Aid tune in the shower for a TV commercial in 1973.

The two-time Oscar nominee appeared in the commercial five years prior to his first major role as Danny Zuko in the legendary “Grease,” opposite Olivia Newton-John. Travolta was recently praised for his portrayal of Robert Shapiro on “The People v. OJ Simpson: American Crime Story,” and starred in action-crime-drama “I Am Wrath” earlier this year.
