Live different lives through acting.
“I decided to become an actor when I was 14, because you can be more than one person. You can see life through other people’s eyes and really put yourself in their shoes.”
Set your goals, then give them your all.
“The biggest lesson I have learned is that jobs do not come easily, especially if you don’t live in Hollywood. My advice for new actors is to just keep going, do your best, pursue your dreams, and try to choose your roles wisely.”
Don’t be afraid to try something new.
“I prepare for auditions by taking a deep breath and getting into the character’s mindset. One day I would like to try Method acting, as I think it is such a cool thing to do.”
Your reel is your chance to show off.
“I made my reel by choosing clips that show off the most of my emotions. If I can show off my strong emotional capabilities, they can see that I could do parts with ‘typical’ emotions, too.”
