With her starring role as the smart, tough, and independent Nico Minoru on “Marvel’s Runaways,” Lyrica Okano knows she has something special on her hands. Now two seasons in, the Hulu series is breaking boundaries in the Marvel TV universe. In this clip from a recent Backstage Live interview, Okano discusses how she used her detective skills to figure out what role she would be playing on the show before actually getting cast, and she reveals the advice given to her by acting coach Anthony Abeson on what actors can do to get the most out of future auditions.
