Jennifer Hudson, Taylor Swift, Idris Elba, and Dame Judi Dench aren’t the only additions to the upcoming feature film adaptation of “Cats.” Longtime Backstage user Tigre McFluffers is poised to play a pivotal role in Andrew Lloyd Webber’s movie musical; although the actor may not yet be furmiliar to audiences, we bet that’s about to change.

When we last checked in with McFluffers, he’d credited #IGotCats, Backstage’s online casting service for frisky felines, for securing his big break. Now entering pre-production on the musical he’s adored since kittenhood, McFluffers recommends that aspiring cat performers everywhere browse the litter-ally hundreds of casting notices appearing daily on Backstage. “Meow meow rowrrr,” he told us, pawsing to show off his newly updated (and adorable) headshot. “Meeeow meow!”

He’s not kitten around. Thanks to the resources at Backstage, the pawssibilities for McFluffers on both stage and screen are endless. Is your big break waiting for you? Check out #IGotCats right meow!
