Now that Ben Affleck has passed on the Batman suit to Robert Pattinson, the actor is back to work on other projects, including the upcoming Warner Bros. film “Torrance.” The story follows a former all-star basketball player who is battling addiction while taking a high school coaching job at his alma mater. Production crews are heading back to Chaffey High this week for five days of reshoots scheduled after the film originally shot there last fall. However, tonight, there will be overnight shoot in San Pedro on Beacon Street. “Torrance” is currently scheduled to be released on Oct. 18. Al Madrigal, Janina Gavankar, Hayes MacArthur, Brandon Wilson, and Rachael Carpani. Gavin O’Connor, who directed Affleck in 2016’s “The Accountant,” will helm the feature.
