“The Woman in the House”
Kristen Bell is finding a home at Netflix as filming has begun on “The Woman in the House.” The star of “The Good Place” was announced as the series lead back in October and has been spotted on set in the past week as she films the new Netflix project at a private residence in Angelino Heights. The upcoming dark comedy/thriller miniseries, co-created and co-showrun by Rachel Ramras, Hugh Davidson, and Larry Dorf, has the actor playing Anna, whose day-to-day is the same until a handsome neighbor moves in across the street and she witnesses a gruesome murder… or did she? Alongside Bell in the eight-episode series stars Tom Riley, Mary Holland, Shelley Hennig, and others. Additionally, Will Ferrell, Jessica Elbaum, and Brittney Segal, the producing team behind the streamer’s “Dead to Me” will executive produce the series for Gloria Sanchez Productions. Wendy O’Brien is the series casting director. Read about why she believes you should audition for even the roles you don’t think you’re right for!
