Chamber Theatre Productions is casting non-Equity actors for its October 2023–April 2024 tour of 19th century literature adaptations. Production is looking for lead all genders actors, aged 21 and older, to play Touring Actors. All roles pay $550 per week for an estimated 30 weeks of work. Housing will also be paid for on tour.

“Stages”
Paterson Performing Arts Development Council is casting for its stage reading of a LGBTQ+ play that takes place during the 1940s, 1950s, and 1960s. The reading will be held May 19 in Jersey City, New Jersey. Production is looking for a supporting male actor, aged 30–55, to play Mr. Brown and a supporting female/gender-nonconforming/non-binary actor, aged 30–45, to play Miss Prasad. The role of Mr. Brown pays a flat rate of $300 for an estimated 15 hours of work. The role of Miss Prasad pays a flat rate of $400 for an estimated 20 hours of work.

“Little Women” (2024)
A union and nonunion feature film is casting locally for its February–April 2024 shoot in Boston and southern New Hampshire. Production is filling multiple roles, including a lead female actor, aged 20–26, to play Jo March, a lead female actor, aged 22–28, to play Meg March, and a lead female actor, aged 15–20, to play Beth March. Pay will be negotiated after casting. Please note that applicants for the role of Jo March must have singing and ice-skating skills, and applicants for the role of Beth March must have singing and piano/keyboard skills.
