“Lincoln”
NBC has started work on its next big procedural show: “Lincoln.” According to Twitter user @LawandOrderSVU1, production for the Russell Hornsby- and Michael Imperioli-led series is taking place this week around 17th Street and Broadway. “Lincoln” will follow “a retired forensic criminologist [who] teams up with an ambitious young detective to help capture some of the most dangerous criminals in America.” Writer and executive producer Mark Bianculli (“S.W.A.T.”) is the creator of the series originally based on the novels-turned-film, “The Bone Collector,” starring Angelina Jolie and Denzel Washington from 1999. No casting director has been made public yet, but expect plenty of opportunities in the coming months for NYC actors!
