Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania
It’s Quantumania in the UK as filming for the upcoming third instalment of Marvel’s Ant-Man franchise is now underway! While production on Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania began months ago in Turkey and in the US, principal photography will actually take place in England, where cameras have just begun rolling as of July 26.
Star Paul Rudd has been in town since at least mid-June, when a video was shared of him on Instagram confirming the project was underway in London. Over on Twitter, series director Peyton Reed marked the first day of principal photography with a terrifying yet familiar face: the beloved stuffed bunny that Paul Rudd’s Scott Lang gifted his daughter Cassie in the first film.

Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania will star Rudd, Evangeline Lilly, Kathryn Newton. Michael Douglas, and Michelle Pfeiffer, as well as Jonathan Majors, who will play super-villain Kang the Conqueror, or at least a version of him, after—spoiler alert—appearing in the Disney+ series Loki as He Who Remains, a.k.a. Immortus, an older version of Kang. The film is set to be released on February 17, 2023. Marvel veteran Sarah Finn returns as the casting director.
