Konrad Kay and Mickey Down’s offbeat 20-something drama set in the world of high finance returns for a second series, with production set to kick off in Wales from mid-July. It’s likely that Series 1 casting director Julie Harkin will be attached.

Shakespeare & Hathaway 4
The fourth series of BBC One crime drama Shakespeare & Hathaway is shooting in late August. Following a pair of oddball private detectives investigating crime in Stratford-upon-Avon, the series is led by Mark Benton and Jo Joyner, with a returning supporting cast. However, for suspects and victims, casting is likely to be by series CD John Cannon.
His Dark Materials 3
The third and final instalment of the BBC adaptation of Phillip Pullman’s His Dark Materials kicks off production in May. Dafne Keen and Amir Wilson return as Lyra and Will, now concluding their journey through parallel worlds. It’s very likely that series casting directors Kahleen Crawford and Dan Jackson will be returning.
Living
Pre-production is kicking off for a remake of Akira Kurosawa’s 1952 film Ikiru, starring Bill Nighy and Aimee Lou Wood. Set in London in the 1950s, Living follows a civil servant seeking meaning in his life. Oliver Hermanus directs a script by acclaimed novelist Kazuo Ishiguro and casting director Kahleen Crawford is attached. Shooting begins at the end of May.
