Short film Grow Me Back is casting in London ahead of shoots over the next two months. A modern day fairytale, the story follows a botanist and his dying wife coming to terms with mortality. Jacob is male, playing age 30–45, and any ethnicity. He believes he can bring his wife back from the dead, as he does his plants. Zelda is female, playing age 25–40, and any ethnicity. A young woman living with a terminal illness, she’s near the end and wants to spend her last days with her husband. The project pays £100 per day, plus travel and expenses. Ridley Scott feature casting extras
Two 10 Casting is seeking male and female supporting artists to participate in a new feature film from veteran director Ridley Scott, shooting next year. The team are casting men and women, aged 18+, and any ethnicity. The story requires a period look, with no visible tattoos, piercings or modern haircuts and colours. Women with all lengths of hair are welcome, and they’re especially seeking men with facial hair. The project shoots in March 2022 in Lincoln and you’ll need to be based in or near Lincoln. Web production company Three Degrees Off Center is casting for ongoing shorts project Quarantine Leap, following a ‘leaper’ who is sent into a new body every 24 hours and tries to make the best of helping out the body’s owner. A photoshoot for a social app is casting in London for models from Turkish, Middle Eastern, and North African backgrounds. Roles are for women with playing ages of 18–25.
