“Senior Year”
School is back in session and Rebel Wilson is at the top of the class! The actor has been sharing behind-the-scenes photos of her and her cast and crewmates on set of her upcoming film “Senior Year,” which has been shooting around Atlanta since May. First reported by Deadline, the Paramount Players project stars Wilson as a cheerleader “who wakes up after a 20-year coma and returns to high school to try to regain her status and claim the prom queen crown that eluded her.” Wilson recently wrapped up filming on her first non-comedy project, “The Almond and the Seahorse,” in the U.K. In “Senior Year,” she stars with Angourie Rice, Alicia Silverstone, Justin Hartley, Sam Richardson, Chris Parnell, Mary Holland, Zoe Chao, and Lucy Taylor. Wilson is producing along with Todd Garner and Chris Bender, and Alex Hardcastle is directing from a script by Brandon Scott Jones. Rich Delia is the film’s casting director.
