Greenlit means a project is officially a go, so all you have to do is follow these leads to stay up to date. You never know where you’ll find an opportunity to land an audition!

“Succession” and “Barry”
Two of HBO’s highest-profile series, “Succession” and “Barry,” were in pre-production for their respective third seasons when WarnerMedia Entertainment shut down production on all series earlier this month. Like everything else, this will mean we should expect to see the future premiere dates pushed back. But according to the cabler, they are still staying (mostly) on track and that “where possible” the writers of both series are working remotely. It will very much be a wait-and-see situation for both of the highly-anticipated series dependent on how long the shutdown lasts. Be sure to keep an eye on “Succession” casting directors Aibel/Bergstein and “Barry” casting directors Bialy/Thomas when that time comes. “National Anthem”
Over at AMC, the network is looking to bring a little music to their airwaves. It has recently given out an eight-episode series order to the musical anthology dramedy “National Anthem” from “Contagion” writer Scott Z. Burns. “Better Call Saul” and “Breaking Bad” executive producer Mark Johnson is also set to executive produce the new series, the first in his recent overall deal with AMC Studios. The series will reportedly follow a middle-class Midwestern family tumbling down the ladder of American society, periodically bursting into song as they struggle to catch themselves. T Bone Burnett is attached to serve as the series’ music producer with words and music by Craig Finn. While no casting team has been attached at this time, the AMC and Johnson combination could very likely point to “Better Call Saul” and “Breaking Bad” team Bialy/Thomas.

“Cosmic Sin”
Right before the shutdown, the upcoming sci-fi feature “Cosmic Sin” added some major stars to its cast. Joining Bruce Willis will be Frank Grillo, Luke Wilson, and Adelaide Kane, as well as a supporting cast that includes C.J. Perry, Lochlyn Munro, and Brandon Thomas. Willis will star in the pic about a group of warriors and scientists who must fight to protect humanity from a hostile alien species with the power to infect and take over human hosts. It is written and directed by “Breach” team Cory Large and Edward Drake.

“The Havana Job”
Finally, next on the docket for newly-formed Trioscope Studios, the company behind Netflix’s upcoming “The Liberator,” will reportedly be “The Havana Job.” The series will be an adaptation of a story happening just months after the Cuban Revolution when three CIA agents bungle their way into Fidel Castro’s clutches while attempting to bug diplomatic offices in Havana. Michael LeSieur (“Keeping Up With The Joneses”) has been tapped to adapt the project. This is the second major project for Trioscope, which was founded earlier this year.
