I Hate Suzie 2
The acclaimed series from co-creators Lucy Prebble and Billie Piper returns for a second instalment, following a celebrity whose life is upended by the leak of personal photos. Production is slated for early 2022 and it’s very likely that casting director Kahleen Crawford will return.

Cottontail
Quirky film Cottontail follows a widower and his estranged son as they make the journey from Japan to the Lake District to scatter the ashes of his late wife. Jessie Buckley and Ciarán Hinds are attached and shooting on a script by director Patrick Dickinson is set to begin 21 June. Casting is by Jo Farrugia.
Finding Alice 2
Star Keeley Hawes returns for a second series of the ITV drama following Alice, a young widow who decides to have her late husband’s baby. Filming is set for February 2022 and casting is by Suzanne Crowley and Gilly Poole.
How ‘Sex Education’ Got Made Update: Gangs of London 2
The second instalment of Sky’s high-octane crime series Gangs of London has switched shoot dates to begin at the end of May. With an all-star returning cast including Joe Cole, Sope Dirisu, Paapa Essiedu, and Lucian Msamati, the second season has CD Kelly Valentine Hendry attached.
Update: Shetland 6
Scottish detective drama series Shetland returns for a sixth outing, with Douglas Henshall as DI Jimmy Perez and Alison O’Donnell as Alison “Tosh” McIntosh. Shooting in mainland Scotland and on location in Shetland starts in April and casting is by Orla O’Connor.
