According to Variety, Aubrey Plaza has been tapped to star opposite Kathryn Hahn in the upcoming “WandaVision” spinoff “Agatha: Coven of Chaos.” While Marvel hasn’t commented on the casting,  Plaza is expected to play a villain in the series.

Plaza has kept busy since her breakout role in NBC’s “Parks and Recreation.” In addition to roles on the FXX animated series “Little Demon,” “Ingrid Goes West,” and more, she is currently starring in Season 2 of the hit HBO series “The White Lotus.”

As for Hahn, she leads the new spinoff as Agatha Harkness, a powerful witch from Salem who, in the finale of “WandaVision,” was trapped by Wanda in Westview.

In addition to Plaza and Hahn, Joe Locke (“Heartstopper”), Emma Caulfield Ford, Ali Ahn (“Raising Dion”), and Maria Dizzia (“The Staircase”) are also joining the spinoff.

“Agatha: Coven of Chaos” comes from “WandaVision” series creator Jac Schaeffer, who will also serve as head writer and executive producer on the spinoff.
