ITV docudrama casting male look-alikes
ITV-produced docudrama series Autopsy is casting lookalikes for actors Leonard Nimoy and William Shatner. Mature Leonard Nimoy is male, playing-age 70–80, and white, around 1.83m tall, with salt and pepper hair and brown eyes. William Shatner is male, playing age 26–36 and white, around 1.77m tall with light brown hair and hazel eyes. The team are also seeking a supporting artist in the same household as one of the actors. Charity casting for stills campaign
Coralie Rose, casting director at Road Casting, is seeking 10 people for a still photography campaign for housing and homelessness charity Shelter. The project is to represent people who might be affected by homelessness, including rough sleeping and people with unsafe or unfit living conditions. The campaign shows them as powerful, resilient, and strong people, and the team is ideally looking for people with experience of the issue. Applicants can be any gender and ethnicity over 18. A TV commercial is seeking a native German speaker. Anna is female, playing-age 55–75, and any ethnicity. Walking past her neighbour, she asks them to come for a walk and tells him about the product. The ad shoots for one day in early April and the role pays £3,000. Dating App casting for actors with American accents
Dating app Jigsaw is casting for London-based actors with genuine American accents to play users of the app, which reveals photos bit by bit as people talk to each other. Roles are for performers of any gender, playing-age 24–36, and any ethnicity. You’ll be performing a monologue to camera, shooting 13 April in south London with COVID regulations in place.
