Biopic of two 20th century screen legends
A biopic feature film is casting its two leads, who in real life had an electrifying on- and off-screen chemistry that made them icons of 20th-century cinema. Richard Burton is for a male actor, 40–60, with a “close physical and vocal resemblance” to the original actor as he appeared around the age of 50. Elizabeth Taylor is for a female actor, 40–60, and, as with Burton, the actor needs to resemble Taylor as she appeared around 50. Disneyland Paris casting for tap dancers
AB Castings and Management are casting a male and female tap dancer to join Disneyland Paris show Mickey’s Christmas Big Band Show. Performers should be 18+ and any ethnicity. You’ll need a high level of tap, knowledge of old-fashioned Broadway tap, good jazz technique and excellent stage presence. Contracts run from October or November 2020 until January 2021. Rehearsals and shows are paid €140 a day plus an accommodation fee of €380 per month. The team are seeking performers based anywhere in the UK. It’s Not What It Looks Like follows two professional strongmen who struggle to admit their love for each other. The team are looking for two well-built male performers, playing ages 18­–30, and any ethnicity. One is shy and introverted, the other sociable and extroverted. The team are especially seeking performers from the LGBTQ+ community and people with weightlifting experience. The project has an initial read on Zoom ahead of production. Father and son team McGee Films are casting for a supporting role in Auto, a short film now in production. Policewoman on Motorbike is female, playing age 18–45, and any ethnicity. It’s an integral part alongside the main protagonist, with plenty of dialogue, and the role requires an actor who owns and can ride a motorbike, for one day of professionally-paid shooting in London this July.
