A series based on the DC Comics character Stargirl wants male and female talent for background roles. The show stars Meg DeLacy and Neil Jackson and follows teenager Courtney Whitmore as she joins the Justice Society of America. A Syfy pilot starring Justin Bartha and Emily Alyn Lind is seeking male and female talent for background roles. “(Future) Cult Classic” follows a group of teenagers taking action when their town is terrorized by a serial killer obsessed with ‘90s slasher-movies. “ESCAPE TO MARGARITAVILLE”
The first national tour of the musical “Escape to Margaritaville,” with music by Jimmy Buffett, is looking for talent for the lead part. The musical wants male talent, aged 20–40, with a tenor voice, advanced guitar skills, and an excellent physique to play a charming singer-songwriter and womanizer working as a bartender at a tropical resort. There is an open casting call in Nashville, Tennessee. Rehearsals begin in New York City around August 26 with tech starting around September 23 in Providence, Rhode Island. A reboot of the popular ‘80s TV drama “Dynasty” wants talent for featured background roles. The production needs male talent, aged 50–59, to play a pedestrian that helps a sick man on the street and male and female talent, aged 28–55, to play an experienced chef cooking over high flames and performing impressive cooking gestures. The pedestrian will shoot for eight hours on one day between March 18–28 in Atlanta, Georgia. The chef will shoot eight hours on one day between March 18–28 in either Suwanee or Norcross, Georgia. A musical comedy is seeking male talent to play the leading role. The production is looking for Latino/Hispanic, Middle Eastern, Indian, Pacific Islander, and white talent, aged 35–54, for King Solomon. The brand ambassador will perform BMI tests with handheld devices, interacting hands-on with consumers and educating them on their readout and how to live a healthy lifestyle.
