The winners are in! The 77th Primetime Emmys celebrating the year’s best television were held Sept. 14. Netflix's harrowing psychological drama "Adolescence" took home the most hardware with six wins, including best limited or anthology series, best supporting actor and actress in a limited series for Stephen Graham and Erin Doherty, and lead actor in a limited series for Owen Cooper. With the latter win, Cooper became the youngest male winner ever in any acting category.
Speaking of Emmys history: The Apple TV+ series "The Studio" now holds the most wins for a comedy in one Emmys night at 13. The list includes outstanding comedy series, writing and directing nods, and lead actor in a comedy for co-creator Seth Rogen.
First-timer winners include Britt Lower ("Severance") for supporting actress in a drama, Noah Wyle ("The Pitt") for lead actor in a drama, Hannah Einbinder ("Hacks") for supporting actress in a comedy, Cristin Milioti ("The Penguin") for supporting actress in a limited series, and Tramell Tillman ("Severance") for supporting actor in a drama.
