“Married at First Sight” returns Oct. 23 for its 19th season, now streaming exclusively on Peacock after a long run on Lifetime. The newest chapter of the popular relationship experiment features five new couples, an on-camera pregnancy reveal, and the high-stakes drama fans have come to expect.
Set in Austin, Texas, Season 19 features a fresh group of singles willing to be paired up with complete strangers and led to the altar. After exchanging vows, couples head off on honeymoons and move in together to see if love and legal marriage can bloom under pressure. Pastor Cal Roberson, Dr. Pepper Schwartz, and Dr. Pia Holec return to offer expert advice as the couples navigate this eight-week-long social experiment.

The long-running reality series follows singles who agree to legally marry a stranger selected by relationship experts. From the wedding day to the honeymoon to moving in together, the couples live as husband and wife for eight weeks before deciding whether to stay married or get a divorce. Season 19, set in Austin, Texas, marks a first for the U.S. version of the show with a pregnancy revealed on camera.
The five new couples featured this season are:
- Josh, 31, a contractor, and Jalyn, 27, a realtor
- Pat, 59, a space operations consultant, and Rhonda, 63, a performance marketing executive
- Derrek, 38, a chief automator, and Meghann, 37, a realtor.
- Chad, 54, a real estate executive, and Belynda, 47, an esthetic sales consultant
- Will, 30, a consultant, and Brittany, 29, a strategic HR business partner
Relationship experts Roberson (who’s been on the show since Season 4), Schwartz (who has been on for the entire run), and Holec (who’s been on since Season 15) will guide the newlyweds through the process.
