Hulu’s highly anticipated “Tell Me Lies” returned on Jan. 13 with a supersized debut, dropping three episodes at once. The eight-episode third season continues with weekly Tuesday releases on Hulu and Disney+.
The Season 3 premiere generated 5 million global views across Hulu and Disney+ in its first week, up 150% from Season 1, as reported by Deadline. A companion podcast hosted by reality TV star Stassi Schroeder launched alongside the season, further expanding the show’s reach.

“Tell Me Lies” was created and executive produced by Meaghan Oppenheimer (“Queen America,” “Broken”), with Emma Roberts (“American Horror Story”), Laura Lewis (“An Acceptable Loss”), and Shannon Gibson (“Jingle Bell Heist”) also serving as executive producers.
Based on Carola Lovering’s novel of the same name, “Tell Me Lies” tracks the volatile, emotionally destructive relationship between Lucy Albright (Grace Van Patten) and Stephen DeMarco (Jackson White). Their connection begins at the fictional Baird College and unfolds over eight tumultuous years, blurring the lines between love, manipulation, and control.
Season 3 finds Lucy and Stephen back in each other’s orbit as the spring semester begins, reopening old wounds and escalating the emotional fallout.
