Greenlit means a project is officially a go, so all you have to do is follow these leads to stay up to date. You never know where you’ll find an opportunity to land an audition!

“XO, Kitty”

We previously reported the news back in April when it was only a rumor, but as of last week, we have official confirmation that the “To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before” spinoff series “XO, Kitty” will get its own chance at love. Netflix has given the project the go-ahead with a 10-episode series order, according to Deadline. The dramedy will follow “teen matchmaker Kitty Song Covey thinks she knows everything there is to know about love. But when she moves halfway across the world to reunite with her long-distance boyfriend, she’ll soon realize that relationships are a lot more complicated when it’s your own heart on the line.” “To All the Boys” series creator and book series author Jenny Han will return as co-showrunner with Sascha Rothchild, and Anna Cathcart will return to star. No further casting has been announced at this time, but keep an eye on “To All the Boys” CD TLN Casting/Tamara-Lee Notcutt if you’re feeling the love.

“Hello Tomorrow!”

First reported by Deadline, Hank Azaria, Haneefah Wood, Alison Pill, Nicholas Podany, and Dewshane Williams are the latest to join the ensemble cast of the new Apple TV+ original series. “The Morning Show” star Billy Crudup will lead the cast, making it his second project with the streamer. The new dramedy, which comes from Amit Bhalla and Lucas Jansen, will reportedly follow “a group of traveling salesmen hawking lunar timeshares.” Bhalla and Jansen will also serve as writers, executive producers, and showrunners.

“Candy”

Anyone with a sweet tooth will appreciate the latest news from Hulu. Deadline reports that “Veep” star Timothy Simons will star opposite Jessica Biel in the not-so-sweet limited series “Candy,” which is “based on the true story of Candy Montgomery (Biel), who killed her friend Betty Gore (Melanie Lynskey) with an ax.” Pablo Schreiber will also star in the project, which had its pilot written by Robin Veith (“Mad Men,” “The Expanse”). 20th Television and Hulu will produce.
