Prime Video is expanding its romance slate with “Rose Hill,” a new family drama series based on Elsie Silver’s bestselling contemporary novels. Season 1 will dive straight into “Wild Love,” the first book in the four-part series (which also includes “Wild Eyes,” “Wild Side,” and “Wild Card”).
Silver is a No. 1 New York Times bestselling author whose other series include “Gold Rush Ranch,” “Chestnut Springs,” and the new “Emerald Lake” saga.
“Elsie Silver’s Rose Hill novels have resonated with millions of readers by blending sweeping romance with grounded, emotionally complex relationships,” said Peter Friedlander, head of global television at Amazon MGM Studios. “It’s a world where love, loyalty, and identity collide in ways that feel both intimate and expansive.”

Set in a rugged Rocky Mountain community, Prime Video’s “Rose Hill” follows two intertwined stories. Ford, a billionaire record label owner, returns home to open a studio and discovers he has a secret 12-year-old daughter. West, a local rancher, finds his life upended by a famous country-pop star running from bad press. As Ford fights his feelings for Rosie, his best friend’s younger sister, both lifelong locals and big-city transplants must navigate deeply held secrets and learn what kind of families they want to build.
