What is “The Agency” about?

Based on the French series “Le Bureau des Legendes” (“The Bureau”), Showtime’s “The Agency” follows CIA agent Brandon Colby, code name Martian (Fassbender), as he’s forced to abandon his life undercover in Africa and return to headquarters at London Station, leaving his lover, Sami Zahir (Turner-Smith), behind. But when Sami appears in London, Brandon finds his life in disarray as her presence threatens to expose both his mission and true identity—a delicate balance that could have deadly consequences.
