“Exemplum”
Ikon Films is now casting “Exemplum,” a psychological horror film following a guarded young woman who takes a routine cat-sitting job for an elderly neighbor, where she soon discovers she is trapped inside a dark, generational ritual that forces her into a physical battle for survival. Talent, aged 18 and older, is sought for several roles, including the lead roles of June and Mara. One of the lead roles will require the ability to speak Russian or a Slavic language or be willing/able to learn a few Russian lines. Production is also hiring multiple crew positions, including a director of photography and a costume designer. Filming is scheduled for two weeks in January 2027 in West New York, New Jersey. Pay is $250 per day for actors for up to 12 days of work. Crew will be paid depending on position, ranging from $15–$20 per hour to $250–$550 per day. On-set meals will be provided.

“The Witch”
Mica Magic Productions is seeking talent for “The Witch,” a dramedy feature film following a wealthy, arrogant playboy whose seemingly perfect life spirals into chaos after he falls for a mysterious woman and finds himself caught in a bizarre world of witches, warlocks, mobsters, and larger-than-life enemies determined to bring him down. Worldwide actors, 20–50, are sought for several roles, including the lead witch, Mila. Filming will take place in Atlanta, Georgia, starting in early July through mid-September. Pay is $1,000 per day for up to five days of work with travel and lodging provided.

“Blood Spirit”
Land a major role in “Blood Spirit,” a mystical horror-thriller film following a former MMA fighter with extreme gambling debts who is invited to the home of an antagonistic Hollywood bookie. Two female actors, aged 18–45, are sought for lead roles, including Lara, the protagonist’s girlfriend, a rising young music star. Talent will work in September in Los Angeles. Pay is $450 per day for 14 days of work.

“Red Bloom”
Join the cast of “Red Bloom,” a sci-fi horror short film following a rescue crew from Earth that comes to save a Mars colony that’s gone silent, but what they find there does not want to be saved. Actors, aged 18 and older, are sought for several lead and supporting roles in the project. Production is also hiring a director of photography, a stunt coordinator, and other crew roles. Rehearsals are scheduled for June, followed by filming in August and September in L.A. Pay is $200–$400 per day for lead roles; supporting rates are TBD. Crew will be paid $1,000–$3,000. All travel and expenses will be provided.
