Las Vegas is known for an eclectic blend of entertainment options, from DJs and magicians to dancers and circus performers—plus, of course, actors. If you’re an artist looking for representation in Sin City, start with these agencies.

Las Vegas talent agencies

TNG Agency

Co-founded by Noelle Hadaad McCann and her sister, Natalie McCann, TNG is a SAG-AFTRA franchised, Las Vegas–based talent and model management agency boasting a diverse staff of agents, managers, and scouts who pair modern-day technology with classic booking techniques. CEO Noelle McCann says she and her sister founded the agency because they wanted to be “the agents we never had.”

Specializing in professional models and actors for campaigns, commercials, film, digital media, fashion shows, and more, the company also offers casting services, dancers, voice-over artists, influencers, stylists, and photographers. “We’re different because we were raised in the business. Our dad was an agent. I was a model, and my sister was an actress, so we were talent before we were ever agents,” says Noelle McCann.

TNG has recently provided artists for the Dan + Shay music video for “We Should Get Married” and the major film releases “Prisoner’s Daughter,” featuring Kate Beckinsdale and Brian Cox, as well as “Sympathy for the Devil” starring Joel Kinnaman and Nicholas Cage. “We’re looking for experienced actors who have reels and are currently working to sign with us for work in Nevada,” says Noelle McCann. “L.A. is right next door. More productions are coming into Nevada, and we want that talent for our market.”

In addition to actors, TNG is looking for models of all ages, from “young adults to classics,” noting, “We preview our submissions every day, and we’re looking for the greatest.” Submit through their online submission form or watch for open calls on their website and social media accounts.

Baskow Talent

Baskow Talent, led by CEO Jaski Baskow, has been in business since 1976. “We mentor and have booked [everyone from] new talent to the biggest stars in the world,” Baskow tells us.

Baskow Talent is a full-service agency that books and manages actors, models, and emcees for TV, movies, commercials, and live events. Actors on Baskow’s roster have been hired for HBO’s “Ballers” and “The Night Of,” and models have appeared in campaigns for brands including Guess. Baskow also owns the Las Vegas Speakers Bureau, which books public-speaking talent for companies including IBM, Canon, and Caesars Entertainment.

Baskow notes that “when [talent] knows their passion is working in the business, we embrace them, whether it be a model, actor, musician, or movie extra. We love putting everyone to work.” What is she looking for in prospective clients? “Beautiful, interesting faces and character. Everyone has a look.” She’s also seeking talent “willing to be reliable, responsible, and to take the extra step.”
