At last month’s Primetime Emmy Awards, “The Bear” swept the field, winning for every category in which it was nominated. “Stolen Legacy”
A scripted show about a wealthy, enigmatic family is casting for its pilot episode shoot March 1–3 in Los Angeles. Production is filling multiple roles, including a lead female actor, aged 18–25, to play Amelia, a lead male actor, aged 50–55, to play Joseph, and a lead female actor, aged 45–50, to play Cassandra. A student film about a tween grappling with her conservative upbringing is casting for its April 5–8 shoot in Austin. Production is filling multiple roles, including a lead female/gender-nonconforming/non-binary/trans female actor, aged 18–30, to play Evelyn-Grace, a supporting female/gender-nonconforming/non-binary/trans female actor, aged 30–60, to play Mom, and a supporting male/gender-nonconforming/non-binary/trans male actor, aged 30–60, to play Dad. All listed roles pay $25 per day for an estimated two days of work.

“Rebound”
A short film about a basketball player navigating loss, abuse, and shattered family dynamics is casting for its March shoot in Cincinnati. Production is filling multiple roles, including a lead male actor, aged 18–24, to play Ghalen, a lead male actor, aged 30–50, to play Malik, and a supporting female actor, aged 30–50, to play Aaliyah. The roles of Ghalen and Malik pay $100 per day for an estimated five days of work. The role of Aaliyah pays $75 per day for an estimated three days of work.
