Filming will take place in Newport, Rhode Island. Filming is scheduled for April 15, 21, and 23. Pay is $350–$500 per eight hours.

Short Film: “EMAIL ME” 

The short film “EMAIL ME” is seeking female talent, aged 18–30, for a principal role. Talent will play Maya, a dedicated and hardworking employee who seeks answers from her supervisor after she is suspended without warning. Shooting is May 26–27 in the Vallejo, California area. Pay is $300 for a 2-day shoot.

Atlantis Bahamas Lifestyle Shoot 

Casting is underway for a lifestyle production at Atlantis, Bahamas, highlighting all the hotel has to offer through the perspective of two female friends. Roles pay up to $2,100. All travel, including flights and transportation, meals, and lodging, will also be covered by production.

Feature Film: “John is Sad” 

Join the cast of the feature film “John is Sad.” The psychological thriller is about a tormented loner who forms an unlikely connection with his therapist. The production wants Black, Latino, or multiethnic male talent, aged 28–40, to play the therapist’s loving and supportive boyfriend, who longs for stability and family. Scripted Series: “The Hollow”  

The scripted series “The Hollow” wants male talent, aged 25–40, for a principal role. The story is about an ex-couple on a search for a fabled time-warping anomaly. Talent will play the stubborn Fisher, who is both grounded and obsessed. He is a passionate believer with a sense of humor. Shooting is for four days in Sonoma County, California. Pay is $350–$550 per day.

Feature Film: “Twisted Blood” 

The feature film “Twisted Blood” is seeking Black or multiracial female talent, aged 18–28, capable of a strong horror-movie scream. The slasher is about a masked killer hunting a group of friends and leaving cryptic blood symbols. Talent will play Jayda, who is in a steady relationship and exhibits emotional resiliency, as well as ambition and intelligence. Shooting is this June in Genesee County, Michigan. Pay is $1,750 for a 10-day shoot.

Short Film: “Lightpoles 

Join the cast of the short film “Lightpoles.” Based on a true story, the film is about a man whose life was changed after an encounter with an unhoused person at a gas station. The production wants white male talent, aged 20–28, to play Jon, a man who built his identity around being a provider and a dependable father and husband. Jon’s life is shattered when his wife suddenly leaves him, and he is resistant to hope because it feels like betrayal. Shooting is May–June in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Pay is $600 for a 2-day shoot.

The short educational film “Navigating Tomorrow” wants female talent, aged 30–50, to play Laura, a devoted and diligent Occupational Therapist.
