Join the cast of the short film “Nuclear Family.” This indie drama follows a family whose secrets spill out under the threat of an incoming nuclear bomb. The feature film “Secrets of the Neon City” is looking for talent. Set in 1950s Hong Kong, the period drama explores the personal stories unfolding beneath the glow of the city’s nightlife. The production wants Asian male talent, aged 40–55, to play the observant Tony Lau, an accomplished and respected reporter. Tony is intelligent, somewhat cynical, and emotionally guarded. The scripted series “Good Judys” is seeking a BIPOC cis or trans woman, aged 30–45. The dramedy is set in Harlem, where a group of Black LGBTQ+ friends try to survive adulthood. Talent will play Trinity, the hardworking and increasingly frustrated owner of a struggling neighborhood bar. Shooting is this fall in NYC. Pay is $125 for a 1-day shoot.

The short film “Zamindar” is looking for Indian or South Asian male talent, aged 40–65. The supernatural thriller is about a young woman haunted by her brother’s disappearance. Talent will play the charismatic Mayank, who loves to be in control. Mayank is completely absorbed in keeping his world running and enjoying its luxuries, interacting with his daughter only when it is necessary. Shooting is mid-September in Orange County, California. Pay is $900 for a 9-day shoot.
