Lisa Vanderpump is reality TV royalty. First serving as an original cast member for nine seasons on Bravo’s “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,”  the star has since inspired many eponymous spinoff series. In 2013, the actor-turned-restaurateur launched “Vanderpump Rules,” which follows the staff at her Hollywood restaurants and bars. Then in 2021, she starred on both Peacock’s “Vanderpump Dogs,” about her namesake rescue foundation, and E!’s “Overserved With Lisa Vanderpump,” where she hosts celebrity dinner guests. Now, her latest series, “Vanderpump Villa,” which debuted last year, is casting its third season.

Much like how “Vanderpump Rules” centers on her restaurants, including SUR and TomTom, “Vanderpump Villa” chronicles the behind the scenes of a pop-up hotel run by Vanderpump inside a luxury European property. The series also stars “Vanderpump Rules” OG cast member Stassi Schroeder.

For those who are hoping to join this latest series, we’ve got you covered. Season 3 of “Vanderpump Villa” was previously casting with Backstage—here’s everything we know.

What is “Vanderpump Villa” about?

Set against the backdrop of a European countryside estate, “Vanderpump Villa” follows its handpicked staff members—including housekeepers, executive chefs, managers, and mixologists—as they maintain the exclusive hotel and cater to its high-profile guests. The core cast lives and works at the villa, cultivating drama in close quarters. (Would you expect anything less from this “Vanderpump Rules” spinoff?) Add in the extravagant asks of its clientele and Schroeder as Vanderpump’s liaison, aka the “chic snooper on vacay,” and you’ve got a recipe for binge-worthy entertainment.

Season 1 filmed at Château St. Joseph in Mazerolles-du-Razès in the South of France (it was renamed Château Rosabelle for the show), and Season 2 filmed in Italy at the 12th century castle La Badia di Orvieto (renamed Castello Rosato). Season 3’s location is unknown at this time.

Who is the casting director for “Vanderpump Villa”?

Heather Allyn and Damon Furberg (“Are You the One?,” “The Real World”) are in charge of casting “Vanderpump Villa.” Find out how the process differed for “Vanderpump Villa” cast members Gabriella Sanon, Grace Cottrell, and Stephen Alsvig in this interview with Parade.
