“Vanderpump Villa” follows the restaurateur and reality TV star’s handpicked hospitality staff as they live and work together at a luxury estate, catering to high-profile guests while navigating demanding service standards and personal drama.
Season 3 moves the series to a stately Rosecroft Park in Buckinghamshire, England, where returning employees work alongside new hires, hoping to impress Vanderpump. One standout staff member also has the chance to win a life-changing bonus.
As returning cast members seek redemption, old relationships resurface, new connections form, and lead server Marciano Brunette’s past follows him into the villa. Guests from “The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” add further complications.
Previous seasons took place in a château in the South of France and a historic castle in Italy. The Season 4 destination is under wraps.
Vanderpump hosts the series, serving as the villa’s manager and central authority figure. She selects the staff, oversees their work, and evaluates how well they perform under pressure.
Vanderpump first became a household name during her nine seasons as an original cast member on Bravo’s “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.” The actor turned restaurateur launched “Vanderpump Rules,” which follows the workers at her Hollywood restaurants and bars. In 2021, she starred in Peacock’s “Vanderpump Dogs,” about her rescue foundation, and E!’s “Overserved With Lisa Vanderpump,” where she hosts celebrity dinner guests.
Schroeder, who starred on “Vanderpump Rules” from the show’s premiere in 2013 until 2020, when Bravo cut ties with the reality star, joined Vanderpump to cohost the Season 3 reunion. There is no news yet about whether she will return for Season 4.

The casting process for Hulu's “Vanderpump Villa” focuses on finding elite hospitality pros who double as high-drama reality stars. Bunim/Murray Productions manages the search by reviewing online applications and scouting talent via Instagram and casting platforms like Backstage. In past iterations of the show, nationwide calls targeted charismatic chefs, housekeepers, and mixologists aged 21–35, requiring them to pack up for a six-week international filming window from early August to mid-September.
The audition process begins with digital interviews, where applicants submit video proof of their fine-dining and service skills. Finalists are then brought in for confidential, in-person chemistry tests conducted in a way that keeps the potential cast members separated from one another. In the final stage, Vanderpump personally interviews the remaining candidates to select a staff capable of maintaining luxury service standards while navigating workplace conflict.

Season 4 of “Vanderpump Villa” is currently casting. Production is seeking experienced service staff who are comfortable living and working alongside coworkers under constantly rolling cameras. Applicants can apply through the show’s casting website.
Open positions include:
