Roman Candle Casting is casting background talent for a new casino/gambling-themed Netflix series. Production is seeking talent, aged 18 and older, to portray strip club dancers, casino dealers (experience is required), waiters, and pedestrians. Talent will work on July 20–Sept. 14 in New York City. Pay is $187–$231 per day.

“Out The Kitchen”
Grant Wilfley Casting is continuing its search for background talent in the second season of a major returning streaming series. Production is now seeking fit and athletic talent, aged 25–45, to portray spies and a Black male photo double, age 30–45. The photo double must meet all physical requirements. Talent playing spies will work on June 23, and the photo double will work on multiple dates between June 10 and July 20 in the New York City area. Pay is $224–$262 per day.

“Modish elVes”
Join the cast of “Modish elVes,” a fantasy streaming series set in a hidden world existing alongside our own and told through the eyes of both humans and elves. New England-based actors, aged 4–82, are currently sought for several day player roles, including a waitress, an Olympic swimmer, and more. Talent will work this summer in the Boston area. Pay is $150 per day.

“Cupertino,” Female College Beach Volleyball Players
Background casting continues for the upcoming CBS legal drama series “Cupertino” for network and streaming. Production is now casting female talent, aged 18–35, to play college beach volleyball players. Talent will work in Kearny, New Jersey, on July 20. Talent will be paid the SAG-AFTRA background rate plus a swimsuit bump.

“NRM”
Bunim/Murray Productions is seeking Los Angeles-based talent, aged 25–50, to portray pool party guests and a law enforcement official in recreations for a true-crime series for a major streaming platform. Filming is scheduled for the week of Aug. 3 within an hour and a half of L.A. Pay is $260 per day.

“Boyfriends”
Casting is underway for “Boyfriends,” a new film for a major streaming service that follows two high school boys who fall in love before they know what to do with it. Nationwide actors, aged 18–60, are wanted for several roles in the film, including Ed, the co-lead. Filming is scheduled for September and October in Kentucky. Pay is undisclosed by the production, but roles are paid, and production will also cover round-trip travel and accommodations.

“The Woods” TV Show
Roman Candle Casting is now casting talent for “The Woods,” a major upcoming TV series. Talent in the Beacon, New York, area, aged 6 and older, is wanted to portray 1970s summer camp kids, town pedestrians, and more.
