Fans of the DC Comics universe finally got to see Robert Pattison play the titular character in “The Batman.” If you saw the film in theaters and want to be a part of a superhero project, check out these superhero gigs that are actively seeking talent now. 

Inter-Galactic Mission to the Northern Territory

The Starlight Children’s Foundation is looking for talent. This is a unique chance to hone performance skills every day while improving the health outcomes of children and young people. The production is looking for talent aged 18 and older. Performances will take place in Australia. Pay TBD. This role offers an ongoing, part-time contract, with relocation packages available for interstate performers.

“Code Boy”

A Reel Works Narrative Lab short film by David Lee needs talent for several roles. Production wants Black male talent, aged 18–30, to play Cody, a boy who gains superhero powers; Black male talent, aged 18–30, to play Cody’s best friend; Black male talent, aged 20–30, to play a robber; Black female talent, aged 35–55, to play Cody’s mom; Black male talent, aged 30–45, to play Cody’s dad. Shoots in mid-April in Harlem. This is an unpaid gig.

“Apex Force”

Casting is underway for “Apex Force,” an action-comedy parody based on classic superhero shows. Production wants male talent, aged 18–23, to play goons. The show films April 15–17 in Forth Worth, Texas. Pay is $25 per day.

“Solitary Confinement”

Join the cast of “Solitary Confinement,” a superhero project about an inmate, PT, who refuses to sleep because of his fear of dreaming. Production wants female talent, aged 22–28, to play PT; and female talent, aged 45–50, to play the prison therapist. The project shoot dates are TBD but it will take place in NYC. Professional pay.

“Black Girl Superhero”

Casting is underway for a short film that empowers African women. Production wants Black female talent, aged 18 and older, to play a character that fights for what is right and inspires other African women. Shoots are ongoing in the Southeastern area of the US. Pay is $20–$200 per day.
