The 2026 Oscar winners are here! Hosted by Conan O’Brien at the Dolby Theatre, the 98th Academy Awards aired Sunday, March 15th, live from the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles.
Paul Thomas Anderson's "One Battle After Another" was the night's big victor with six wins, including best picture, director and adapted screenplay for Anderson, supporting actor for Sean Penn, editing, and the inaugural casting Oscar for Cassandra Kulukundis.
Ryan Coogler's "Sinners" was close behind with four Academy Awards, taking original screenplay for Coogler, score for Ludwig Goransson, lead actor for Michael B. Jordan, and cinematography for Autumn Durald Arkapaw, who became the first woman to win the category.
Elsewhere, Jessie Buckley took home best actress for Chloé Zhao's "Hamnet" while Amy Madigan won supporting actress for Zach Cregger's "Weapons."
