URGENT – Rush casting for male lookalikes
Casting researcher Carla Hernandez is seeking male lookalikes for an episode of docudrama series Autopsy, shooting in London later this month. James Dean is male, playing age 18–25, and white – he’ll need a strong resemblance to the iconic actor at the age of 24, with brown hair and blue eyes. Dennis Hopper is male, playing age 47–61, and white. He’ll need to look like Hopper, ages 47–61, including dark brown hair and blue eyes. Young Dennis Hopper is male, playing age 18–25 and white, to resembles Hopper aged 18 or 19; and Elder Dennis Hopper is male, playing ages 60-75, and white. The programme airs in America on Reelz. Rush casting for female hand model
London production company Lobster Creative is seeking a female hand model of any ethnicity, 18­–45, for online assets. You’ll be performing actions on set, including opening a drawer and taking items out of a fridge. You may be required to handle ingredients for a recipe. The project shoots on 19 or 20 of October and is paid £150. The team are unable to pay travel expenses and are seeking a model based in London. Shoestring feature film casting supporting roles
Low budget film An Assassin is casting a host of supporting roles for stories that will be stitched together for a feature. Shoots will take place on a Covid-safe set. Charlie is male, playing ages 30–50, and any ethnicity – he’s a bodyguard and right-hand-man. Oscar is male, playing age 25–40 and any ethnicity. Irwin, a police officer, is male, playing age 32–60 and any ethnicity. Several further male and female roles are being cast. The project shoots 6–7 November in Tunbridge Wells, Kent. Roles are paid £50 per day and expenses can be discussed if travelling from London. Casting performers with stage combat experience
Cass Virdee Productions is casting for a group of performers with stage combat or physical theatre experience for a screen project riffing on The Matrix and Ex Machina. Roles are for actors of any gender and ethnicity, playing ages 18+. You’ll be playing beings who have been unplugged from a “grid” and are trying to escape. The project shoots 1 November in London with a Zoom rehearsal ahead of production.
