Marina Studios is now casting “The Reunion,” a short family drama following a recently heartbroken twenty-something named Charlie who returns to his estranged family in the Bay Area when a severe stroke and heart attack leave his father fighting for his life. Union and nonunion actors, aged 20–24, are sought for lead and supporting roles. Talent will work in Los Angeles with dates TBD. Pay is $175 per day for up to 20 days of work.

Moens Casting is currently casting a pair of Black L.A.-based actors, aged 25–35, to play boyfriend and girlfriend in a character-driven music video for an A-list artist. Talent will work on Oct. 1 –2. Pay is $2,000.

“Everything's A Mess”
“Everything's A Mess,” a short drama following two lonely neighbors who use each other to disparate ends, is now seeking New York City-based actors, aged 19–28, for the two lead roles and a supporting role. Sexual nudity (including a simulated sex scene) will be required for all roles; talent will work on a closed set with minimal essential crew, and a nudity rider and modesty garments will be provided. Rehearsals, including table reads, blocking, and intimacy rehearsals, are scheduled for over six half-days between Oct. 8 and 30, followed by filming on Nov. 5–13. Pay is $920–$1,725 for 4–7 days of work.
