It appears that Cara Delevigne is adding detective to her C.V. as she joins Season 2 of “Only Murders in the Building” from Hulu. The hit comedy series already stars Steve Martin, Martin Short, and Selena Gomez—making Delevigne’s casting announcement another excellent addition to the ensemble. Here’s everything we know about the new season and Delevigne’s role.

“Only Murders in the Building” Casts Cara Delevigne as a Series Regular.

The case is back open, and Cara Delevigne is on it. The multihyphenate and “Carnival Row” star has been cast as a series regular in the highly anticipated second season of “Only Murders in the Building.” According to Variety, she will play “Alice, a sophisticated art world insider who becomes enmeshed in the mystery.” The hit Hulu mystery-comedy series was an instant success after its first season. Co-created by John Hoffman and Steve Martin, stars Martin, Martin Short, and Selena Gomez as a trio of true-crime podcast-obsessed condo dwellers who investigate a murder in their own building. Other cast members include Aaron Dominguez, Ammy Ryan, Jackie Hoffman, Jayne Houdyshell, Julian Cihi, Teddy Coluca, and more. Season 2 will presumably star most of the same cast, though no plot details have been revealed. Learn more about the series from creator Hoffman here at Backstage!
